We’re committed to delivering meaningful social value through a range of initiatives, including:
- Donations to the Ongo Community Grants panel – which in 2026 saw a donation of £25,000 go to 19 very worthy causes to support a range of community organisations across the region.
- Working with Ongo Recruitment and Crosby Brokerage to offer training programmes and guaranteed job interviews to long-term unemployed people, to support them to get back into work.
- Scaffolding apprenticeships directly linked to North Lincolnshire Frameworks, creating new job opportunities for local people.
- A measured Social Value return of £264,074 for 2025 using the HACT UK Social Value Bank.
- A presence at the Ongo Carnival to encourage people to consider a career in scaffolding.
